You know, Glenn I rarely post here anymore. And not at all on PAD’s board and there’s a specific reason. Well, PAD and I had a few words. so I mostly just ignore him now, but I can’t help but notice the things that set you guys off. The FCC passes a fine on a radio station and suddenly it’s all out war on the First Amendment by the Bush administration. Heck, that’s not even a law, it’s a fine.
But the Supreme Court’s most liberal justices find that it’s CONSTITUTIONAL for a city to take your land and give it to someone else, as long as the city can get more taxes out of the deal and there’s nary a peep from the left. Frankly, I’d like to pointedly ask “WHY the silence?”. “Do you AGREE with the ruling?” and if so, again “WHY?”
